Other Services: The Portfolio Update Bulletin Service
The Pension Performance Review Portfolio Update Bulletin Service is an optional subscription based service specially designed for users of the Pension Performance Review Process. The service offers subscribers a set of pre-researched model portfolios with regular investment updates and recommendations for use with the Pension Performance Review Process via Skandia Life and via Skandia Investment Solutions (SIS). The Portfolio Update Bulletin Service is a complete solution for your Pension Performance Review investment needs with every step of the investment process taken care of.
On sign up, subscribers will receive an Start-Up Pack containing a large folder complete with full information on the current portfolios. This includes background information on how investment recommendations are arrived at and which criteria are used along with a full list of the current funds, associated TERs, full justification of each fund recommended and all fund fact sheets. There will also be space within the folder for the regular updates that will be sent.
Once a month, subscribers will be sent a "Portfolio Update Mini-Bulletin". This will give the performance of each portfolio and associated benchmark that are required to be entered into the Pension Performance Review Process software. Along with this will be the original Skandia/SIS u-skans from which the figures were derived. Subscribers will also get consolidated fund factsheets sent out once a month allowing all fund factsheets for any portfolio to be printed from a single document saving considerable time.
Once a quarter, subscribers will be sent a full Portfolio Update Bulletin, customised with their company details. This will be provided in pdf. format, but a Word copy will be available on request should any amendments to this document be required. This Portfolio Update Bulletin will give a full breakdown of the performance of all portfolios, benchmarks and constituent funds along with portfolio commentaries and a list of recommendations for the following quarter that can be emailed to clients. Subscribers will also get a copy of associated text for client emails to complete the process.
